I am a Licensed Professional Counselor providing telehealth services in Arizona and Colorado. I'm well practiced in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), including Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) as well as Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) which are highly effective in the treatment of depression, anxiety, and issues related to trauma.
