I am licensed to work with clients in Ohio and South Carolina! All persons are welcome and are deserving of therapy, and I have worked with a large variety of clients throughout my career, and have specialized in helping those struggling with PTSD, anxiety, ADHD, mood disorders and relationship distress. I use a warm, direct and interactive approach to explore what is bringing you in, and the other issues that come up along the way, and offer my clinical knowledge and experience to help you meet your goals!
I earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Akron, and am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with Supervisory Designation. I have been trained in Trauma Focused-CBT and EMDR, and have significant experience helping clients through CBT, DBT, Emotion Focused Therapy, mindfulness, and more over the past six years.
