About
Each stage of life presents many challenges. Despite the challenges you may be experiencing, you have the capacity to make a change. Seeking and finding the right support through these difficult times is an important first step to creating the life you desire. Whether you are looking for support in addressing your depressed mood, anxious thoughts, relationship issues, or facing life's many difficulties, we can create a plan for you to create change. I help my clients understand their current struggles, past narratives, and develop plan for a better life.
Creating a "new narrative" allows my clients the ability to live with more joy, purpose, relationship stability, and overall meaning in their life. We work to reduce the emotional hurt/pain, sadness, hopelessness, helplessness, shame, and fear that makes their personal, relational and occupational functioning difficult.
Some of my specialties are helping individual with Anxiety, Depression, Relational Issues, Infidelity, and Career/Life Coaching. As a former Division I coach I also work with Athletes helping them develop the psychological skills needed to train and compete at their highest level.
