I'm a retired Air Force veteran, and that experience shapes how I work. I understand what it's like to feel disconnected from who you used to be, and I know that healing isn't linear. My approach is direct without being clinical, and I believe the therapeutic relationship matters as much as the technique.
I'm trained in EMDR, which I use as a primary tool for trauma processing, alongside CBT, ACT, and other approaches depending on what fits you best. I have a particular passion for working with veterans and first responders, but I work with anyone who's been through something hard and is ready, or just willing, to start working through it.
