My approach is direct, warm, and practical. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy — structured, evidence-based, and focused on giving you tools that actually work. I'm an A-CBT Diplomate and Board Certified Diplomate in Clinical Social Work. I'm not interested in making you a lifelong client.
