Life can feel overwhelming when emotions run deep and relationships become strained. Anxiety, depression, and past wounds can make it hard to connect with others and find peace within yourself. I believe in the healing that happens when we share our stories and experiences with one another in order to grieve the past, accept the present, and voice hope for the future. We will explore how your past impacts your relationships and current life circumstances. I will work with you, your children, or your family to develop coping skills and self-compassion, approaching our work with empathy and care.
I work with men, women, adolescents, and children impacted by anxiety, depression, trauma, lack of meaning, unsatisfying relationships, and the many other genuine difficulties we encounter. I am a Child Mental Health Specialist (CMHS), and have experience working with children and their families to improve connection and relationships.
The first three years of my counseling career were spent in community mental health working with children, adolescents, and their families. I have considerable experience working with complex trauma, early childhood attachment wounds, and family systems work. It is very vulnerable and intimidating to begin this work, and I would be honored to work with you.
