However, it is often more difficult to work through the issues causing this disruption alone. Whether this is due to limited support in your life, or feeling that you have to take care of it yourself, you do not have to work through it alone.
I strive to create a safe & comfortable space where people feel they are able to discuss issues that impact their lives, as well as celebrate their triumphs. In sessions, I use a variety of therapeutic techniques based on each client’s needs, such as examining the effect of your thoughts on your mood & behavior, as well as mindfulness practices.
I believe that in therapy, you have the opportunity to gain new insight you might have otherwise not considered. This is achieved through collaboration & using your therapist as a sounding board. Sessions typically last 50-55 minutes & are focused on your specific needs. I offer morning & afternoon sessions Monday through Friday.
