My approach to therapy is collaborative and client-centered. Clients are encouraged to provide feedback and are the experts in their own life, my role is to support you through self-exploration and providing the tools needed for insight and growth. I draw from evidence-based modalities such as DBT, CBT, and IFS.

This group provides a supportive and affirming space for transgender and gender nonconforming (GNC) individuals to discuss their experiences, concerns, and anxieties related to the current political climate. This group is aimed at facilitating coping mechanisms, building resiliency, and providing mutual support.
