I'm passionate about helping individuals in all stages of life that might feel overwhelming or unmanageable. I help to navigate through the complexities of neurodivergence, depression, anxiety, and chronic pain and illness. These can be hard to navigate, and everyone's experience is different. I provide care for queer-affirming, non-monogamous relationships and take a hard reduction stance in all of my counseling practice. I see clients for who they are and who they want to be and create a safe space made just for them.
I work with those exploring their past, present, and future selves. I create a space to explore this while focusing on safety, individuality, and humor. I focus on the life stories of those who come and how they want to retell or tell those stories. The experience for the client is curated to foster growth, healing, and challenge when they feel it necessary.
Your life is yours, and how we navigate therapy uniquely fits you. I am here to guide, support, understand, and provide in whatever way is most comfortable and beneficial for you. Healing comes from safety, and your authentic self is waiting. Let's work together to help past, present, and future you get there.
