MEN - We juggle a lot: work, school, relationships, kids, health, stress, you name, and those things aren’t supposed to bother us. For a time, we can handle just about anything thrown at us. That is until we can't! The facade will crumble; our masks will crack; it's just a matter of time. At least that's my story! How about you? We look one way, feel another, all while stuffing what's really going on deep down and out of sight. We begin to unravel and that’s when we turn to things that help us numb, check-out and regulate. In retrospect, those things worked well...for a time! But now they're just causing us problems and heartache.
I want you to embrace this life you're living but to do so we must first confront those things that are leeching life from you. How? By inviting you to make the courageous choice to make the implicit...explicit. I find the best ways to do this is through Experiential therapies like HOCI, IFS, EMDR, and Polyvagal movement, giving life to your story.

Finding the Way Through - Men's Group
This is a two part group and is a dedicated, supportive space designed specifically for men struggling with sex and pornography addiction, as well as partner betrayal sensitivity. Using Tim Stein’s acclaimed workbook, "Finding the Way Through: A Workbook for Sex and Pornography Addiction Sobriety, Recovery, and Partner Betrayal Sensitivity", this group guides participants through an in?depth recovery process that combines structured educational content, interactive exercises, and candid group discussions. Groups will meet twice a week for 90-min: education/teaching of concept(s), then, process and group discussion specific to the experience with the concept(s).
