That experience changed the direction of my life, and it’s the reason I’ve dedicated the past 14 years to doing this work. My approach is collaborative and curious.
I don’t hand you a script, I work alongside you to understand what’s keeping you stuck and help you build something better. Using CBT, EFT, EMDR and DBT, we’ll look at the patterns driving your anxiety, depression, or relationship struggles and develop practical tools to shift them. For trauma, we go at your pace.
