My therapeutic philosophy stems from a holistic approach incorporating mind, body, and spirit. I enjoy helping people find a balance in their lives. I specialize in working with those struggling with parenting, career, relationship/marital issues, anxiety, depression, PTSD, perinatal/ postnatal mood disorders, domestic abuse and others issues.
