My name is Nichole Wilder, AMFT - I’m here to invite you into a safe, honest, and collaborative space where you can share your story and begin writing the chapters you’ve longed for. As a Person-Centered, Relational Therapist, I believe healing happens through authentic connection, deep empathy, and honoring your unique lived experience.
I’m passionate about people-who they are, where they’ve been, and the future they imagine. I specialize in trauma, relationship issues, emotional and somatic experiencing and compassionately identifying patterns that keep us stuck. I have a passion for working with couples, moving from disconnection toward a secure relationship, trust & emotional closeness.
I draw from Psychodynamic Therapy, Attachment-Based Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Somatic Experiencing & Internal Family Systems, as well as inner-child healing.
