My approach includes encouragement and honesty to promote overall well being. I work with teenagers, adults, individuals, families couples, military and first responders with a focus on trauma, depression and anxiety. Therapeutic strategies such as EMDR, Mindfulness and CBT will be used to help you achieve your goal of letting go of all that is holding you back. Through self-exploration, problem solving, releasing of negative thoughts/statements I believe you can discover the true you.
