My focus is adults with Trauma Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and Grief. I utilize brain-based strategies to implement a customized plan for your specific needs. Conveying compassion and warmth, while treating your most vulnerable information as sacred is what you can expect.
I am a Nationally Board-Certified Counselor with a diplomate level credentialing with the American Academy of Traumatic Experts. Holding certifications in Trauma, Neuroscience, ADHD and am trained in EMDR. I offer reduced cost counseling services for Veterans, Firefighters & EMS. This training meets the certification requirements of mBraining International (see www.mbraining.com). An understanding of the latest neuroscience will positively impact your interpersonal and professional growth. A suite of tools and techniques that support personal development skills and all coaching methodologies.
