Whether you want to feel better, sleep better, think and focus better, communicate better, have a better connection with people, it all comes down to living a better life. I help people to achieve any goal, whether it's using hypnosis to kick a bad habit, such as smoking or overeating; or changing negative beliefs, such as not being good enough; or tending to grief and loss by obtaining closure, insight or a deeper understanding of why something ended the way it did, or learning meditation and mindfulness to assist with reaching their full potential. I create a customized approach that suits each client's individual preferences.
I provide compassionate and respectful, short-term, spiritual and intuitive counseling via phone, video chat, or in-person at one of my two office locations. My style of counseling has a strong emphasis on spirituality. I also offer hypnotherapy, intuitive readings, mindfulness training and teach meditation. I specialize in brief forms of counseling.
After more than 20 years in the mental health field, along with my own private counseling practice, I've fully developed the skills and knowledge of a highly effective therapist. I've transitioned from conventional treatment to offering an alternative to mental health counseling that is an intuitive, spiritual and holistic approach to emotional well-being.
