Participating in therapy, mindfulness, or any practice of healing or self development takes vulnerability and courage. I help warm hearted men and women who are impacted by stress and/or trauma to quickly uncover internal resources and to untangle sources of stress, so you can show up clear, calm, and connected in all your places.

My practice focuses on ketamine assisted psychotherapy (KAP), mindfulness, EMDR, and Psychedelic Harm Reduction and Integration. There are times each year that I have openings for brief therapy (3-8 sessions). Brief therapy can be stand alone or be an opportunity to determine fit for moving into the more intensive work of KAP, PHRI, or trauma processing.

I guide clients to understand and transform depression, unhealthy coping, anger, perfectionism, and trauma via KAP and EMDR intensives. You can expect to be introduced to tools right away. This overnight retreat, Winter 2024/2025, at the beautiful Ridgway, CO is an opportunity to unwind and boost your well being with a combination of relaxation, guided mindfulness practice, time in nature, and two group ketamine sessions for those who are eligible and choose to participate. Based on decades of safe use and research showing anti depressant and anti anxiety benefits, ketamine is used as a complement to psychotherapy or self help methods to help eligible patients experience more frequent breakthroughs and sustained personal growth.
