Through my Healing and Resilience with Mindfulness program (mindfulness training + individual therapy) and Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy, I guide clients from going it alone and thinking about change to building a tool kit, gaining an ally in their healing (me!), and freedom to live into fresh, life affirming ways of thinking, feeling, and behaving.

This overnight retreat, Winter 2024/2025, at the beautiful Ridgway, CO is an opportunity to unwind and boost your well being with a combination of relaxation, guided mindfulness practice, time in nature, and two group ketamine sessions for those who are eligible and choose to participate. Based on decades of safe use and research showing anti depressant and anti anxiety benefits, ketamine is used as a complement to psychotherapy or self help methods to help eligible patients experience more frequent breakthroughs and sustained personal growth.
