As your therapist and the owner of Harmony Social Services, I create space to fully focus on you—setting aside my own judgments and distractions so I can listen deeply, intentionally, and with purpose. I pay close attention to your story, your patterns, and the ways your past and present experiences are shaping how you feel and function today. Together, we begin to identify what may be keeping you stuck—whether that’s unhealed wounds, trauma, or deeply held beliefs that no longer serve you. From there, I help you move out of those patterns and toward a life that feels more grounded, meaningful, and free.

I specialize in complex trauma, attachment disturbances, autism spectrum disorders, ADHD, anxiety, and mood disorders. My work integrates EMDR, attachment-focused treatment, play therapy, and nervous system-informed interventions to address the underlying relational, developmental, and neurobiological factors that contribute to emotional distress.

I understand this work personally. I grew up in foster care from a home impacted by domestic violence and instability, joined the Army at 19, and am now a therapist. I know what it’s like to carry a lot and still show up. You don’t have to keep doing that alone—we can work through it together.
