I have extensive experience supporting autistic adolescents and adults and specialize in treating OCD using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). I focus on helping clients build and take meaningful steps through their values.
My approach is informed not only by my professional experience but also by my lived experience with OCD and anxiety.
