Hello and welcome! I specialize in working with individuals who have experienced religious trauma, as well as physical, sexual, emotional, and generational trauma. As a member of both the LGBTQ community and a person of Christian faith, I understand the unique challenges these intersecting identities can present. My personal experience has given me deep insight into the needs of those living with trauma and LGBTQIA+ identities, and what approaches work best for recovery. Licensed in both WA and MI, I provide telehealth services to MI only.

With specialized training in trauma-focused therapies, I'll collaborate with you to create a personalized treatment plan that honors your unique needs and goals. I don't promise to erase trauma entirely—that isn't possible—but I can provide compassionate support and evidence-based guidance on your journey toward healing.

I see my role as to walk alongside you through this process. Everyone experiences both joys and hardships in life, and I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore past experiences and grow into a more authentic version of yourself.
