There's probably nothing wrong with you. The world you're navigating is genuinely hard in ways the human mind wasn't built for. Despite that, you still have to live your life. And something about the way you're living it isn't working, whether it's drinking more than you mean to, the same argument on repeat, or just waking up numb and going through the motions, telling anyone who asks “I’m okay”. I work with adults navigating depression, anxiety, and addiction, as well as men and veterans — I'm a veteran myself. I also work with people watching someone they love struggle with addiction who need their own support.

For some people stuckness feels like depression, for others anxiety, and for others addiction. Working with me is largely about examining what you want out of your life and what keeps you stuck, running in the same circles.

If you're on the fence about therapy, that's totally normal. I've sat with the same hesitation myself. Most people who reach out aren't sure it's for them.
