I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of California. I have been working as a therapist for about eight years, and I have worked in the mental health field cumulatively for approximately 14 years. I have worked with families, children, adolescents, adults, couples, and the elderly, and I approach therapy through a trauma-informed, client-centered, empowerment and strengths-based lens.
