I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in California specializing in trauma, LGBTQ+ identity, addiction, and men's issues. I work with adults who are exhausted from just surviving and are ready to experience something that actually feels like living. My approach is relational, direct, and grounded in genuine compassion.
My clients are often individuals who struggle with addiction with substances, addiction with sexual struggles, people in the lgbtq community and neurodivergent individuals including trauma survivors. Men often come to me as men in therapy is a space not given attention nearly as much in todays society.
I’ve been told I have a calm presence and that I can be direct in a kind way. That combination matters, because real therapy requires both. I’m not here to just reflect your words back at you or nod along. I’ll gently challenge you when it serves you, and I’ll do it from a place of care.
