If you're a first responder or work in a high-stress environment, you know what it’s like to keep everything together on the outside while struggling to manage the weight on the inside. I help individuals in demanding roles manage stress, prevent burnout, and overcome challenges with substance use so they can regain balance and control of their lives. As a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) I bring both clinical expertise and firsthand experience working in high-stress settings. I understand how chronic stress, long hours, and constant responsibility can quietly lead to anxiety, depression and substance use.
In therapy, I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space where we can work through these issues together. I draw from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and a person-centered framework.
I believe every client holds the answers to their challenges, sometimes it just takes the right support to find them. My role is to guide you with empathy and respect. Whether you're facing job stress, personal struggles, or substance use, I’m here to help you reconnect with your strengths and move forward, one step at a time.
