I offer clients the opportunity to collaboratively examine their current lives, identify what is and is not working, and explore how things can change. We will bring the things just outside of awareness into focus and examine how they are perpetuating the patterns that are keeping you from living the life that you want. By doing so we can begin to change how you relate to yourself and others and eventually create change.
I specialize in working with Queer and Trans youth and adults. Whether it is in navigating dating and relationships, or struggling with coming out for the first time, or are a trans person wanting help navigating medically transitioning, I can help you. We can work through and understand the impact of growing up as "other" in a cis and heteronormative world.
Starting and staying in therapy can be hard, which is why I strive to make it as accessible and safe as possible. I believe with the right connection, trust, and intentionality therapy can be an incredibly healing relationship. If you are interested in a long term connected therapy, please reach out. I can help.
