My passion is in helping people discover their own means to reduce and remedy their suffering using well researched therapeutic approaches that are based on mutual collaboration, an understanding of you and your values, and facilitating actionable change that you see as evidence of a healthy and meaningful life.
I have availability for the following days and times: Mondays at 12 pm and 4 pm, Tuesdays at 3 pm, Wednesdays at 1 pm and 6 pm, and Fridays at 10 am.
