Change begins with an idea, and my hope is to build off of that idea and structure a foundation for a life that is meaningful. We have so many pressures and commitments from society that it becomes easy to forget about what is truly important and who we really are.
In our work together we will work together to identify this, acknowledge unhelpful thinking patterns and behaviors, and then set clear goals in reaching your desired changes. My philosophy includes working side by side as a team to achieve personal goals, and to support and empower you throughout all of the highs and lows of the change process.
My areas of passion include working with individuals challenged with depression, anxiety, eating disorders, addiction, & individuals experiencing challenging life events.
