My services involve working with individuals that find themselves struggling with living too much in the past, isolating from others, affected by addiction personally or via a family member and/or friend, anxiety, and depression. I have advanced trainings in DBT & CBT therapy for stress management as well as EMDR for trauma. I am also a keynote speaker.
I offer free 15 minutes phone consultations to ensure we would be a good fit for one another. My philosophy is getting people help even if it isn't with me and would be happy to connect you with another professional. Our sessions will be collaborative to ensure you feel like you're getting what you need each step of the way.
