I'm Nick Magle-Haberek. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New Hampshire. I try to make therapy sessions engaging, and help my clients focus on their thought processes and physical experiences. I specialize in helping my clients navigate depression, anxiety, stress and other struggles. I use approaches based in experiential and adventure therapy to help my clients understand and recognize the patterns that exist in their thoughts, behaviors, and relationships. I use elements of cognitive-behavioral therapy and somatic awareness combined with a humanistic approach to help clients gain perspective on their struggles.
I specialize in supporting clients struggling with depression, anxiety as well as other stress and mood disorders. I work with young adults and adults.
The first session is almost always filled with questions and discussions. It's always a time when clients are trying to figure out if this therapist is going to fit with their needs.
