I'm a licensed clinical social worker offering compassionate, evidence-based therapy for adults facing challenges like anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, or feeling stuck in life. I offer telehealth sessions for your convenience and accept insurance and private pay. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where real change can happen.
I am a graduate of NYU Silver School of Social Work and have extensive experience in community mental heath, psychiatric inpatient, forensic and addiction services. I have a particular interest in humanistic, person centered, and existential models of therapy with an emphasis on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I am open to a variety of approaches!
I can be as direct or as challenging as you want in session but I'm also happy to be the active listener and to provide a supportive and safe space for you to work things out. Together we can put together a treatment plan that makes sense for you.
