I am a licensed psychologist with experience working with children, adolescents, young adults and families. I also have a certification as a school psychologist. I have expertise in identifying and treating emotional and behavioral disorders, as well as in evaluating and addressing attentional, executive functioning, and learning disorders. Clinically, my orientation is grounded, but not limited, in a cognitive-behavioral approach, with fluency in a host of modalities and interventions. Some of these include cognitive restructuring, exposure therapy, applied behavior analysis, mindfulness training and dialectical behavior therapy.
I understand that the challenges we face and hardships we endure, can start to feel as much a part of us as our talents and passions. My approach will honor and be tailored to your individual experiences and goals. You are already trying hard. My goal is help you identify more effective strategies, adaptive approaches, and start trying differently.
Give me a call or send me an email. I'm looking forward to getting to know you and beginning our work together. Let's start figuring it all out. You deserve it.
