My ideal clients are high-functioning LGBTQ+ adults who appear fine on the outside and have been carrying something quietly for a long time. Gay men navigating profound loneliness inside an active community life. Trans and gender-diverse adults exhausted from a healthcare system that keeps adding barriers. CNM, polyamory, and kink-involved clients tired of explaining their relationships before the real work begins. People navigating high-functioning depression, complex trauma, grief, substance use, or problematic sexual behaviors often for years. They've tried therapy before. They're ready for work that actually goes somewhere.

From the beginning of my career, I have built my clinical training and practice around gender-affirming and trans-competent care at some of South Florida's leading LGBTQ+ agencies. I specialize in gender-affirming letters and am one of the few clinicians trained in some of the first evidence-based interventions for our community.

You've probably spent a long time managing it and appearing fine. You get through the day, and you've been feeling stuck and disconnected on the inside. I get it because I've been there.
