Most of my clients are adults navigating complex trauma, chronic depression, substance use, grief, isolation, and the weight of living authentically in a world that wasn't always built for them. Some are working through gender exploration or transition. Others are navigating consensual non-monogamy, polyamory, kink-involved relationships, or the complicated dynamics that come with them. Many have tried therapy before and spent more time educating their therapist than doing actual work. They come here because they want a safe space where they don't have to explain themselves before the real work begins.

I specialize in LGBTQ+ affirming therapy, gender-affirming care, WPATH letters, kink-affirming and CNM-inclusive therapy, men's issues, chronic and treatment-resistant depression, couples counseling for all relationship structures, and therapy for older adults. My approach is depth-oriented, psychodynamic, and fully individualized.
