Most men struggle to find another man who will go deep with them. Yet so much of our vitality and our pain lives beneath the surface, in ways the people around us rarely see. I can meet you there. Something has cracked open in you and you cannot think your way out of it. You are not looking for short-term tips and tricks. You want to get into it. Maybe it is a divorce, or a loss you have not recovered from. Maybe the midlife recognition that you want more than this, or something you cannot name that is quietly wrecking you. However you got here, you are carrying something heavy and it is time to stop managing it alone.

I am a therapist for men. I do slow, honest, weekly work that gets underneath the surface: the shame, the grief, the father stuff, the things you have never said out loud to anyone. I have done this work myself, which is part of why I trust it. I believe that going to the deep places within ourselves can lead to transformation in our lives.
