I know what it is like to struggle with anxiety and to go through difficult things. I also know what its like to seek therapy. Because of that, I value approaching therapy from a non-judgemental, open place. I want the people I work with to feel safe and supported. I utilize CBT, Attachment, Family Systems and Person-Centered theoretical orientations. I specialize in anxiety and PTSD. I have worked with adolescents, young adults adults and families for the past decade. I currently have some evening availability open for new clients. I offer in person or telehealth sessions. I look forward to hearing from you and connecting.
I specialize in working with anxiety and thinking disorders and PTSD. I started my psychological career at a youth treatment facility after graduating in Marriage and Family Studies in 2011. I received my MS in School Counseling in 2014 and practiced as a school counselor for 10 years. In 2023, I received my CMHC.
It's my goal to help each person feel empathy, unconditional positive regard, authenticity, respect, and congruence. If we work together on these foundations, I believe we will be able to build a strong relationship, which is very important to me. I would be honored to work with you in your journey towards healing.
