I use an integrative, evidence-based framework drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and strengths-based models. These approaches are widely supported by research for improving emotional regulation, reducing anxiety, and increasing psychological flexibility.
