Nick believes in people and change. He believes that when people lean into discomfort and challenge, people can grow and overcome through some of life's most challenging obstacles. Nick specializes in the treatment of trauma of all varieties. Depression, anxiety, ADHD, bereavement, life transitions and adjustment disorders are just some of the areas he also treats. Nick is currently treating adolescent ages (13-17) through adults of all ages. Focused on clients coping and overcoming any of life’s challenges, Nick creates a safe environment where he and clients can process life, wellbeing, and solutions together. Nick helps individuals create the strength and actions to change their own lives for the better.
Nick focuses on connecting to clients through empathy. He also focuses on use of several empirically tested models and therapies including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy-Wave III, Brief Solution-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness Techniques. All are models/techniques which allow clients to maximize success in and in-between their scheduled sessions.
