At Life Stance Health, he integrates techniques from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, mindfulness to provide personalized care that meets each client’s unique needs. His goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental environment where clients can explore their emotions, identify barriers, develop tools needed to foster confidence.
In addition to his work as a therapist, Nicholas enjoys serving at his church and volunteering to help college students build social-emotional skills and wellness.
