Hello and welcome. Psychotherapy can help with self-understanding, a key to successful resolution of these problems. Using a person-centered approach, with empathy and support, I hope to help you to help yourself, through a better self-understanding. I have experience working with adults and teenagers who have experienced severe anxiety, depression, and trauma. I have also worked with children through school-based and individual services.
Over the past decade, I have also received supplementary training in psychodynamic psychotherapy, anger management, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. Additionally, I am a Board Approved Supervisor for LPC/LPCC applicants in Minnesota.
