I'm a trauma-focused EMDR therapist working with adults, adolescents, and couples. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, substance use, and relationship challenges. Rather than focusing only on symptom management, I help clients address the underlying experiences and beliefs that continue to drive emotional distress, unhealthy coping, and disconnection.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked in a high-pressure corporate environment and later worked in addiction treatment. I understand what it's like when willpower and coping skills stop being enough.
