Having worked in residential treatment programs, intensive outpatient programs, psychiatric hospitals, schools, and private practice. I am dedicated to helping you through your challenges and passionate about offering an environment that is safe and free of judgment. I have worked in the mental health field for 16 years helping people make their lives better.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor trained in EMDR, I am experienced with the damage that depression, trauma, anxiety, and addiction brings to individuals and their families. I am passionate about helping adolescents and adults start on the path to recovery and healing.
