I specialize in the treatment of anxiety and OCD, but I have a background in treating a variety of issues. I consider myself to be warm and non-judgemental in my work with clients. My approach is strongly rooted in humanistic psychology and is influenced by Buddhist and evolutionary psychology. Treatment with me will include evidenced-based practices that help to cultivate a healthier relationship with your thoughts and emotions. I use a mixture of ERP, IFS and mindfulness and acceptance strategies to reduce suffering in clients.
