I specialize in anxiety and OCD treatment and have experience helping clients navigate depression, stress, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and other emotional challenges. I bring a warm, thoughtful, and nonjudgmental presence to therapy. My approach is strongly rooted in humanistic psychology and is influenced by Buddhist and evolutionary psychology. Treatment with me will include evidenced-based practices that help to cultivate a healthier relationship with your thoughts and emotions. I use a mixture of ERP, IFS and mindfulness and acceptance strategies to reduce suffering in clients.

I aim to provide a welcoming and collaborative environment where clients can look inward with curiosity, compassion, and support. Therapy is not about becoming someone different—it is about understanding yourself more deeply and learning how to move through life with greater clarity, flexibility, and self-compassion.
