I have a passion for working with the LGBTQ+ community, neurodivergent individuals, and those with chronic illnesses and disabilities. I often work with those looking to address existential issues like identity, values, and life direction. I also have strong skills working with behavioral concerns, anxiety, poor self-esteem, communication/relationship/social skills, and difficult life-transitions. I work with individuals of all ages, as well as with families and couples.
I practice from a humanistic client-centered perspective, utilizing modalities such as existential therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and solutions-focused approaches to develop a collaborative therapeutic relationship geared toward change and growth.
I'm currently working towards certification for ADHD skills and coaching.
