I work best with clients who have suffered some form of trauma, have issues with their family, issues with abuse and military members/veterans and the issues they face.
My main focus is to meet my clients where they are. Additionally, I focus on working with my clients to develop coping skills and support systems to help them while they work through their issues. Lastly, I work to help my clients to challenge their negative core beliefs and cognitive distortions as well as processing their trauma.
