New clients: I offer prompt, same-week/next-week first appointments. I am a Generalist therapist and a trauma specialist who has worked with teenagers, adults, and couples facing anxiety, depression, poor self-esteem, life stress, anger, grief and loss, substance abuse, parenting difficulties, and marital/relationship problems. For more than a decade, I have worked in wide a variety of clinical settings, helping people navigate a range of issues from everyday stress to the most overwhelming life challenges.

As a “Client Centered” therapist, my goal is to create an environment that feels safe and trusting, and to work collaboratively with you to make change that feels practical and approachable. I believe that healing begins in a therapeutic relationship grounded in empathy, kindness, and non-judgment, one where you can feel fully accepted as you are.
