I work with teens and adults to help explore current problems, including anxiety, depression, substance abuse, trauma, codependence, and grief/loss. Oftentimes our problems are deep-rooted and, at one point, were helpful coping strategies for dealing with difficult situations and relationships. Thus, we often must look back before we can move forwards.
This can be a scary and painful process. However, a safe therapeutic environment can make it a profound and enlightening experience. What I provide is non-judgment, compassion, curiosity, and attunement. Together we can help you develop a deeper relationship with yourself and others, and the capacity to cope in a rapidly changing world.
