I endeavor to help people achieve a life worth loving. One that nourishes your mind, body, and spirit. I believe that all human beings can have such a life if given the tools and support they need and if they are properly motivated. We will begin therapy by envisioning what this life looks like for you. Then plot a course together to help you get there. I look forward to the opportunity of joining you on this journey.
I am a Kalfian Sandplay Therapy practitioner and use symbols and images to access material that is so deep within your unconscious that it exists outside of the world of words and verbal ability. I am an Internal Family Systems (IFS) practitioner integrate multiple different parts of yourself self into the most integrated and holistic version of you!
The most common feedback I get from my clients is that it seems like I genuinely care about them, and that is because I do! The other thing I hear often is that I don't "talk like a therapist" which always makes me chuckle! You will find that I am very warm and easy to talk to and have lived a very full life from which I draw personal experience.
