I became a therapist after realizing, through my own recovery and spiritual journey, that people heal best when supported to look deeply inward. I pair experiential methods like Psychodrama and Brainspotting with trauma-focused therapies and prayer-healing models to help clients release old wounds and step into clarity, healing, and purpose. My communication is empathetic, spiritually attuned, and practical. It's also very analytical in free-form Jungian-type synthesis. I integrate therapeutic structure with faith-focused encouragement to help clients move toward healing with confidence and purpose.
I work with adults seeking healing from trauma, PTSD, PNES, anxiety, depression, addiction, codependency, and spiritual wounds. Clients who want deep experiential work, faith-integrated healing, and lasting inner change are an ideal fit. I hope clients practice inner work in between sessions so we can move swiftly to their healing.
I'm trauma method certified in multiple approaches, not just "informed." My approach blends experiential trauma work, evidence-based therapies, and optional spiritual healing to help clients break long-held patterns and restore clarity and purpose. I draw on Psychodrama, Prolonged Exposure, Brainspotting, and 12-step principles for lasting change.
