Helping people is my passion. I believe that individuals suffering from an anxiety related disorder are trapped by their symptoms and, through psychotherapeutic treatment, can find their potential, learning how to live a life of value and purpose.

I utilize exposure and ritual prevention (ERP) in the treatment for OCD. Clients who engage in ERP typically complete treatment within 9-14 sessions. Other anxiety disorders are usually successfully treated in 3-12 sessions. Psychotherapeutic treatment can take place in and outside of the office. I have extensive experience in treating Christian clients.

I specialize in the assessment and psychotherapeutic treatment of OCD and anxiety disorders. My psychotherapeutic treatment style is more "prescriptive" and can be best conceptualized as "treatment." The initial session is diagnostic, subsequent sessions are for collecting clinical data and treating the psychopathology. Client's typically experience relief within approximately six sessions.
