About
Spiraling, anxious thoughts can be exhausting and overwhelming. Learning how to manage them doesn't have to be. My style of therapy has been described as direct, but gentle. I strive to help you develop tools that help you both now and in the future. My process is very collaborative and I’ll be sure to create a space where you feel heard and respected because this is about you. I'm here to help you use your strengths to create results that last. Change is hard, but you don’t have to do it alone.
I help my clients see the patterns in their relationship and work towards creating new, healthy ways to communicate. I specialize in working with sexual and gender minorities and with traditional and non-traditional couples, such as open and polyamorous relationships.
I use cognitive behavioral therapy and experiential therapy to help you express your wants and needs while also creating behaviors that work for you rather than against you. If you are ready to embrace connection, contact me today.
